We're excited to welcome our new Executive Director, Nicole Todd Bailey
The Family Resource Center of Truckee (FRCoT) has hired Nicole Todd Bailey as their new Executive Director, starting January 6th, 2014. Nicole brings a wide range of leadership & intercultural experience spanning from the Peace Corps to Apple, Inc. She currently serves as a Board member for Child Family Health International in San Francisco, and has most recently been providing organizational consulting services to corporate and non-profit clients in the Bay Area. She and her family are in the process of relocating to Truckee.
“I am incredibly honored to take on this leadership role for the FRCoT and commit my experience and skills to the ongoing success of the organization. Throughout the hiring process, I have been continuously impressed by the health of the organization, the strength of the staff, and the commitment of the Board in ensuring the quality of services provided by the FRCoT in the community of Truckee. I am also especially grateful for Emily Diepenheim’s leadership as Acting Executive Director over the past 8 months. I look forward to jumping into my new role and engaging with the FRCoT clients, key partners and community.”
This addition to the FRCoT team comes after an extensive search by a transition committee comprised of three Board members and an external consultant. Emily Diepenheim has served as Acting Executive Director since the departure of Adela González del Valle last March. The staff, Board and volunteers have maintained a seamless experience for the FRCoT organization and clients – providing quality services and support during the search for a new Executive Director.
