The mission of the Family Resource Center of Truckee (FRCoT) is to “promote social and economic success in our community by providing education, mobilizing resources and advocating for change”. We strive towards this mission by providing direct services to families as well as helping them to make connections to other valuable resources within the community. Through various programs and services, including family advocacy, legal advocacy and mediation, early childhood development classes and community events, the FRCoT seeks to empower families within our community to build on the strengths which they already possess and to maintain healthy, productive lives.
